The high-frequency, archetypal field of Egypt supports us in this process. The stones, the stars, the field: they reflect what you already are, so you can embody it more deeply. And the moment you say yes, the journey begins. Not when you land, but at home, in your own body. We gather online beforehand, prepare together, and attune as a group before anyone enters that space.
You travel with people who resonate with the same field. Through our shared consciousness, what the temples can do with us shifts, and what we can mean for them. You enjoy a combination of transformational fieldwork and joyful holiday vibes.
You will stay in safe and beautiful places, with food that works for your body, and sites approached with care and timing. Your attention stays free for the journey itself.
You don't come to seek or to follow, but to be. I stand in what I have grown into, and I invite you to do the same. I create the conditions together with Mahmoud, and as a group we build the field. I am not so much a facilitator as a weaver, a mirror, a stabilizer, a channel, and a fellow human being. I trust your capacity to recognise what is true for you.
You don't have to understand everything written on this page. I trust the law of resonance. We gather once online as a group, to prepare and begin attuning together. The journey starts the moment you say yes. There is also a possibility to join a live circle, to meet me, the others and the field.
Eleven days moving through the sacred sites, with space for attunement along the way, and for lightness too: good food, shared meals, moments to breathe.
We meet again online after two weeks, to share where we are and to help each other embody what opened. Egypt has a way of staying with you, and the high-frequency field integrates more deeply once you are home.
Perhaps you have felt for a while that you are ready for a next step. Something in you that is waking up now truly wants to be lived, here in reality. Egypt can be a mirror, a place to feel your most true self more deeply and let it land in your cells.
Through the temples, pyramids, desert and Nile, you enter a landscape filled with ancient symbols, stories and codes embedded in land and stone. You meet them with your whole body, in stillness and breath. You listen, and notice what responds. And you allow the journey to unfold from there. This is how we approach the sites.
We move along the Nile and visit, among others, Luxor and Aswan, Abydos and Dendera, and the Fayoum desert with the Valley of the Whales. Some nights are spent on the water itself. We try to hold as much room as possible for stillness and integration between the sacred spaces.

Five threads carry this journey, the way pillars carry a temple.
The temples, pyramids and stones are not only monuments. I experience them as resonance instruments, designed to reactivate your field through harmonic geometry and alignment with the Earth and the cosmos. We enter them not only as tourists, but as resonant beings.
Remembering here does not mean going back in time. It is recognising what already lives in you, waiting to be felt. Egypt makes it louder. The stones, the stars and the field reflect what you already are, so you can embody it more deeply.
You meet these places not with your mind, but with your whole body. Like the temples of Egypt, your body too is a temple. Through stillness, breath and sound you attune to what lives in the stones and the field. Your voice, your breath, your presence become instruments of attunement, and so you let the places resonate within you.
It begins with the masculine in its pure form: holding, clear, protective, not dominating but devoted. When the masculine stands again as it was originally meant to, a space arises in which the feminine can land in her original place. The receptive, the listening, the feeling comes home. And so the two currents weave together again into a living inner union.
We do not come only to receive, we also give back. What is restored within the human works through into the whole. Through resonance the sacred sites help our cells remember, and through our own instrument we help Gaia return to her original breath. In this way the journey is not only for ourselves, but for Gaia, and for all who remember alongside us.
PhiloSophia: literally the love (philo) of wisdom (sophia). The word philosophy itself lives here. But for me Sophia is more than wisdom alone: she is the feminine, the wisdom that comes from within.
Beneath everything I share lie a few underlying codes, not absolute truth, but pieces of a puzzle that keep falling into place along the way, in exchange with these sacred sites and the beings that make themselves felt.
Everything begins with alignment. When all the parts of the self, mind, body, emotions and spirit, come into alignment with one another, coherence arises, within, and with everything around you. The breath is the bridge that brings everything in you together. It is the ground on which all the other codes can land.
All perspectives return to the one. Truth is not something you impose, but what remains when distortion falls away. You know it by how your cells say yes or no, before your mind can explain.
The heart as center. Not love as merging or losing yourself, but love as the force that connects without possessing. From here, everything is held.
Standing in your own power. A boundary is not a wall but a field; you do not need to defend it, you are it. Sovereignty is knowing yourself whole enough to meet another without losing yourself.
Inside is outside, up is down. Masculine and feminine, structure and flow, light and shadow, not opposites but one movement. Wholeness comes not from choosing, but from being able to hold difference within yourself.
Resonance. Creation arises from vibration, and vibration lives as much in silence as in sound. Your voice, your breath, your presence are tuning forks of truth.
Reality is larger than what the eye sees. You are rooted on Earth and connected to stars, cycles and fields that reach further. You do not remember the past, but what is already becoming.
Where all the codes meet. A human being living in resonance, weaver and co-creator, who not only remembers the original blueprint but embodies it, and so brings it back into the world.
For me, Sophia is the feminine spiral of creation. Once, the masculine and the feminine moved as one, a single harmonic system. But over time the masculine became ever more visible, in our societies and religions, and the feminine slipped into the background, dormant, hidden.
Sophia is the breath before form. Where the masculine moves outward, she is turned inward and receptive: the womb of the cosmos, the stillness, the listening. She is the creator meeting itself from within, at once the architect and the creation, the observer and the observed.
They are not opposites, but one. And now, especially, Sophia asks to return, to bring the two back into balance. When she comes into harmony on Earth again, we feel our heartbeat as one with the Earth's.
Over the past years I have surrendered more and more to a question: what does the field want of me? What came was the breath of Sophia, longing to return into union with the masculine in the world. Together they bring what I have come to know as the Sophia Christos grid, the fabric of the Earth, back into balance.
I have come to understand it as the rod and the staff: the masculine, directed current and the feminine, receptive current, meeting each other in the Atlantic cross, the point where Earth and cosmos, vertical and horizontal, come together. Where they meet in unity, something is restored, not only in me, but in the larger whole.
This calling lives for me through the archetypal field of Isis and Osiris, and of Sirius and Orion, the feminine and the masculine, mirrored in the stars. I feel invited to bring this spiral back, step by step: first through my own inner union, then by supporting others, and above all by returning to Egypt, where codes and memories are held. And for Gaia.
For me, this path began with dragon consciousness. I have come to feel dragons not as creatures of myth, but as primordial forms of consciousness, the first breath-weavers of the Earth, who once laid the ley lines and sang the land into life. They withdrew when humanity fragmented, and they return now as we begin to attune again, to accompany our remembering and bring balance back. I feel I carry something of that field in me. And maybe you feel it too.
For more than fifteen years I have walked with people through transformation, as a trainer, therapist and facilitator. My work brings together the nervous system and multidimensionality, psychology and energy, shadow and light, body and consciousness. For ten years I worked as a teacher and leader in a mystery school and educational institute for holistic therapists, the School of Life. Today I work one-on-one in my own practice with blueprint embodiment, and in groups, doing temple work around multidimensional embodiment, soundwork, blueprint healing and inner union.
Clients say my specialty lies in bridging our cosmic and human self, bringing the high-frequency parts of us home in the body, here on Earth. How do I do this? One student called it Sacred Play. I invite you to feel free and intuitive in your body, your instrument, again, to move, sound, laugh, cry, roar and whisper. It is all welcome. Your sacred expression brings the movement your spirit needs, and Gaia's too.
Egypt has become a living part of this path. My own experiences with this archetypal field and land opened something in me that reached beyond what I could understand with my mind, through the temples, the symbols, the stones. I walk beside you as a weaver, a mirror, and a fellow human being, and I trust your capacity to recognise what is true for you.

I am so happy to co-create this journey with Mahmoud, a dear soul with whom I feel a deep sense of recognition. He is our guide and Egyptologist, with more than twenty years of experience and a deep knowledge of the history and spiritual significance of each site. He is more than a guide: he carries the ancestral wisdom of ancient Egypt and Atlantis in how he moves through these places.
He takes care of the local journey and helps us move through Egypt with ease, presence and respect for the places we visit. He is an embodiment of sacred order and stability. Together we hold the journey from two sides: the inner journey and the outer, the field and the land.
Mahmoud works through his company Aria Holiday. The name comes from the ancient hieroglyphic writings, pointing to the heavenly realm, the sacred place of our ancestors: ARIA, the Field of Heaven.
We pay tribute to all wisdom born from the earth in our search for meaning and truth. With truth and knowledge of who we are, we can live more fully in alignment with our spiritual nature.

For any reason, including too few people joining to make it viable, you'll receive a full refund of everything paid, deposit included, or the option to carry it forward to a future journey.
Beyond our control
Political unrest, natural events, or government travel advisories affecting Egypt may require postponing or reshaping the journey. In that case we'll work together on the fairest path forward, which may mean rescheduling rather than a refund. This covers your booking with me, not the wider circumstances of your trip. Travel insurance is your own responsibility to arrange before departure.

Je weet al jaren dat jouw aanwezigheid hier iets doet. De laatste tijd vraagt er iets in jou om op te staan. Laat de heilige plekken in Egypte jou voelen wie je bent in jouw oorsprong.Voor mij is dit herinneren. Een beweging naar diepere coherentie met wat er al is.
Ik voel een Ja!Herinneren betekent hier niet teruggaan in de tijd. Wat je je herinnert is al in jou aanwezig, wachtend om herkend te worden.
Het hoogfrequente en archetypische veld van Egypte ondersteunt ons in dit proces. De stenen, de sterren, het veld: ze weerspiegelen wat je al bent, zodat je het dieper kunt belichamen. En op het moment dat je ja zegt, begint de reis. We komen vooraf online samen om het groepsveld te vormen voor we het vliegtuig in stappen.
Je reist samen met mensen die resoneren op hetzelfde veld. Met ons gedeelde bewustzijn verandert wat de tempels met ons kunnen doen, en wat wij voor hen kunnen betekenen. Je geniet van een combinatie van transformationeel veldwerk en plezierige vakantievibes.

We komen één keer online samen als groep, om ons voor te bereiden en te beginnen met afstemmen. De reis begint op het moment dat je ja zegt. Er is ook een mogelijkheid om aan te sluiten bij een live cirkel, om mij, de anderen en het veld te ontmoeten.
Elf dagen door de heilige plekken, met ruimte voor afstemming tussendoor, en ook voor lichtheid: goed eten, gedeelde maaltijden, momenten om te ademen.
We komen na twee weken weer online samen, om te delen waar we staan en om elkaar te helpen belichamen wat zich opende. Egypte heeft de gewoonte bij je te blijven, en het hoogfrequente veld integreert dieper zodra je weer thuis bent.
Misschien voel je al een tijdje dat je klaar bent voor een volgende stap. Iets in jou dat wakker wordt, wil nu echt geleefd worden, hier in de realiteit. Egypte kan een spiegel zijn, een plek om je meest ware zelf dieper te voelen en te laten landen in je cellen.
Door de tempels, piramides, woestijn en de Nijl betreed je een landschap vol oude symbolen, verhalen en codes, verweven in land en steen. Je ontmoet ze met je hele lichaam, in stilte en adem. We reizen langs de Nijl en bezoeken onder andere Luxor en Aswan, Abydos en Dendera, en de Fayoum-woestijn met de Vallei van de Walvissen. Sommige nachten brengen we door op het water zelf. We proberen zoveel mogelijk ruimte voor stilte en integratie tussen de heilige plekken te houden.

Vijf thema's dragen deze reis, zoals pilaren een tempel dragen.
De tempels, piramides en stenen zijn niet enkel monumenten. Ik ervaar ze als resonantie-instrumenten, ontworpen om je veld te heractiveren door harmonische geometrie en uitlijning met de aarde en de kosmos. We betreden ze niet alleen als toerist, maar als resonerende wezens.
Herinneren betekent hier niet teruggaan in de tijd. Het is herkennen wat al in je leeft, wachtend om gevoeld te worden. Egypte maakt het luider. De stenen, de sterren en het veld weerspiegelen wat je al bent, zodat je het dieper kunt belichamen.
Je ontmoet deze plekken niet met je hoofd, maar met je hele lichaam. Zoals de tempels van Egypte, is ook je lichaam een tempel. Door stilte, adem en klank stem je je af op wat er in de stenen en het veld leeft. Je stem, je adem, je aanwezigheid worden instrumenten van afstemming, en zo laat je de plekken in je resoneren.
Het begint bij het mannelijke in zuivere vorm: dragend, helder, beschermend, niet overheersend maar toegewijd. Wanneer het mannelijke weer gaat staan zoals het oorspronkelijk bedoeld is, ontstaat de ruimte waarin het vrouwelijke kan landen op haar oorspronkelijke plek. Het ontvankelijke, het luisterende, het voelende komt thuis. Zo verweven de twee stromen zich opnieuw tot inner union.
We komen niet alleen halen, we geven ook terug. Wat in de mens herstelt, werkt door in het geheel. Via resonantie helpen de heilige plekken onze cellen herinneren, en via ons instrument helpen wij Gaia terug naar haar oorspronkelijke adem. Zo is deze reis niet alleen voor onszelf, maar ook voor Gaia, en voor allen die zich met ons herinneren.
PhiloSophia, letterlijk de liefde (philo) voor de wijsheid (sophia). In dat woord leeft de filosofie zelf. Maar Sophia is voor mij meer dan wijsheid alleen: zij is het vrouwelijke, de wijsheid die van binnenuit komt.
Onder alles wat ik deel liggen een paar basiscodes, geen absolute waarheid, maar puzzelstukjes die steeds op mijn pad vallen, in uitwisseling met deze heilige plekken en de beings die zich laten voelen.
Alles begint met afstemming. Wanneer alle delen van het zelf, denken, lichaam, emoties en geest, met elkaar in uitlijning komen, ontstaat er samenhang, van binnen en met alles om je heen. De adem is de brug die alles in jou samenbrengt. Coherentie is de grond waarop alle andere codes kunnen landen.
Alle perspectieven keren terug naar het ene. Waarheid is niet iets wat je oplegt, maar wat overblijft als de distortion wegvalt. Je herkent het aan hoe je cellen ja of nee zeggen, nog voor je hoofd het kan uitleggen.
Het hart als centrum. Niet liefde als versmelten of jezelf verliezen, maar liefde als de kracht die verbindt zonder te bezitten. Van hieruit wordt alles gedragen.
Staan in je eigen kracht. Een grens is geen muur, maar een veld; je hoeft hem niet te verdedigen, je bent het. Soevereiniteit is jezelf zo heel weten dat je een ander kunt ontmoeten zonder jezelf te verliezen.
Binnen is buiten, boven is onder. Het mannelijke en het vrouwelijke, structuur en flow, licht en schaduw, ze zijn geen tegenpolen maar één beweging. Heelheid ontstaat niet door te kiezen, maar door het verschil in jezelf te kunnen dragen.
Resonantie. Creatie ontstaat uit trilling, en trilling leeft evengoed in stilte als in geluid. Je stem, je adem, je aanwezigheid zijn stemvorken van waarheid.
De werkelijkheid is groter dan wat je met je ogen ziet. Je bent geworteld op aarde én verbonden met sterren, cycli en velden die verder reiken. Je herinnert je niet het verleden, maar wat al aan het worden is.
Waar alle codes samenkomen. Een mens die in resonantie leeft, wever en mede-schepper, die de oorspronkelijke blauwdruk niet alleen herinnert maar belichaamt, en zo terugbrengt in de wereld.
Voor mij is Sophia de vrouwelijke spiraal van de schepping. Ooit bewogen het mannelijke en het vrouwelijke als één, één harmonisch systeem. Maar in de loop van de tijd werd het mannelijke steeds zichtbaarder, in onze samenlevingen en religies, en raakte het vrouwelijke op de achtergrond, sluimerend, verborgen.
Sophia is de adem vóór de vorm. Waar het mannelijke naar buiten beweegt, is zij naar binnen gekeerd en ontvankelijk: de baarmoeder van de kosmos, de stilte, het luisteren. Zij is de schepper die zichzelf van binnenuit ontmoet, tegelijk de architect en de schepping, de waarnemer en het waargenomene.
Ze zijn geen tegenpolen, maar één. En juist nu vraagt Sophia om terug te keren, om de twee weer in balans te brengen. Wanneer zij weer in harmonie komt op aarde, klopt ons hart weer in één slag, synchroon met dat van de aarde.
De afgelopen jaren ben ik me steeds meer gaan overgeven aan een vraag: wat wil het veld van mij? Wat kwam, was de adem van Sophia, die weer in vereniging wil komen met het mannelijke in de wereld. Samen brengen zij wat ik ben gaan kennen als het Sophia Christos grid, het weefsel van de aarde, weer in balans.
Ik ben het gaan begrijpen als de roede en de staf: de mannelijke, gerichte stroom en de vrouwelijke, ontvangende stroom, die elkaar ontmoeten in het Atlantische kruis, het punt waar aarde en kosmos, verticaal en horizontaal, samenkomen. Waar ze in eenheid komen, herstelt zich iets, niet alleen in mij, maar in het grotere geheel.
Deze roep leeft voor mij door het archetypische veld van Isis en Osiris, en van Sirius en Orion, het vrouwelijke en het mannelijke, weerspiegeld in de sterren. Ik voel me uitgenodigd om deze spiraal stap voor stap terug te brengen: eerst door aan mijn eigen inner union te werken, dan door anderen te ondersteunen, en bovenal door terug te keren naar Egypte, waar codes en herinneringen liggen opgeslagen. En voor Gaia.
Voor mij begon deze weg bij het drakenbewustzijn. Ik ben draken gaan voelen niet als wezens uit mythen, maar als oervormen van bewustzijn, de eerste adem-wevers van de aarde, die ooit de leylijnen legden en het land in leven bliezen. Ze trokken zich terug toen de mens versplinterde, en ze keren terug nu we ons weer beginnen af te stemmen, om ons herinneren te begeleiden en balans terug te brengen. Ik voel dat ik iets van dat veld in me draag. En misschien voel jij het ook.
Al meer dan vijftien jaar loop ik met mensen mee door transformatie, als trainer, therapeut en facilitator. In mijn werk komen het zenuwstelsel en multidimensionaliteit samen, psychologie en energie, schaduw en licht, lichaam en bewustzijn. Tien jaar lang werkte ik als docent en leider in een mysterieschool en opleidingsinstituut voor holistische therapeuten, de School of Life. Nu werk ik één-op-één in mijn eigen praktijk met blueprint embodiment, en in groepen, met tempelwerk rond multidimensionale belichaming, klankwerk, blueprint healing en inner union.
Mensen zeggen dat mijn specialiteit ligt in het overbruggen van ons kosmische en ons menselijke zelf: de hoogfrequente delen van onszelf thuisbrengen in het lichaam, hier op aarde. Hoe ik dat doe? Een student noemde het ooit Sacred Play. Ik nodig je uit om je weer vrij en intuïtief te voelen in je lichaam, je instrument, om te bewegen, klinken, lachen, huilen, brullen en fluisteren. Alles is welkom. Jouw heilige expressie brengt de beweging die je geest nodig heeft, en die van Gaia ook.
Egypte is een levend deel van dit pad geworden. Mijn eigen ervaringen met dit archetypische veld en land openden iets in mij dat verder reikte dan wat ik met mijn hoofd kon begrijpen, door de tempels, de symbolen, de stenen. Ik loop naast je als een wever, een spiegel, en een medemens, en ik vertrouw op jouw vermogen om te herkennen wat waar is voor jou.
Mijn praktijkTessa biedt een veilige bedding binnen een groep en voelt intuïtief heel goed aan wat er nodig is in het moment. Hierdoor is iedere les mooi afgestemd op wat er nodig is binnen een groep, wat maakt dat een les van Tessa altijd heel waardevol en ondersteunend in je eigen proces is.
De afgelopen vijf jaar heeft Tessa mij begeleid door meerdere golven van wanhoop, disconnectie en verlies. Ze bood een helpende hand waar nodig en een spiegel waar passend. Ik ben dankbaar voor haar lichtheid, humor en onwrikbare steun. Ik gun haar begeleiding aan iedereen die zich verloren voelt en verlangt terug te keren naar de eigen essentie.
Elke keer als je lichttaal sprak, voelde ik meteen ontspanning in mijn lichaam. Echt thuiskomen. Zelfs mijn drukke hoofd wordt meteen rustig. Super dankbaar.
Ik ben zo blij deze reis mede te creëren met Mahmoud, een dierbare ziel bij wie ik een diep gevoel van herkenning voel. Hij is onze gids en Egyptoloog, met ruim twintig jaar ervaring en een diepe kennis van de geschiedenis en de spirituele betekenis van elke plek. Hij is meer dan een gids: hij draagt de voorouderlijke wijsheid van ancient Egypt en Atlantis met zich mee in hoe hij zich door deze plekken beweegt.

Betaling
Je kunt in één keer betalen, of in drie termijnen, allemaal online:
Je plek
Je plek wordt vastgelegd met de aanbetaling van 20%, niet-restitueerbaar, verschuldigd bij boeking. Deze aanbetaling is niet overdraagbaar aan iemand naar jouw keuze: de groep is zorgvuldig afgestemd op resonantie, niet zomaar op te vullen door vervanging. Als jouw plek vrijkomt en ik een wachtlijst heb, bied ik die aan degenen die al geroepen zijn tot deze reis.
Als je moet annuleren
Meer dan 75 dagen voor vertrek: volledige terugbetaling van alles wat je hebt betaald, met uitzondering van de aanbetaling. Binnen 75 dagen voor vertrek: geen terugbetaling naast de aanbetaling, omdat je plek dan al is vastgelegd in accommodatie, begeleiding en logistiek ter plekke.
Als ik annuleer of uitstel
Om welke reden dan ook, ook als er te weinig deelnemers zijn om het haalbaar te maken, krijg je alles wat je hebt betaald volledig terug, inclusief de aanbetaling, of de mogelijkheid om het mee te nemen naar een volgende reis.
Buiten onze invloed
Politieke onrust, natuurlijke gebeurtenissen of reisadviezen van de overheid met betrekking tot Egypte kunnen ervoor zorgen dat de reis moet worden uitgesteld of aangepast. In dat geval zoeken we samen naar de eerlijkste weg voorwaarts, wat kan betekenen dat we verzetten in plaats van terugbetalen. Dit gaat over jouw boeking bij mij, niet over de bredere omstandigheden van je reis. Reisverzekering regel je zelf voorafgaand aan vertrek.
